Do you take insurance?

My practice is fully private pay. While weekly therapy might be partially covered by insurance plans with out of network benefits, Intensive Therapy Retreats are rarely covered by insurance.

What are your fees and how long will the intensive last?

An initial 20 minute consultation call is free.

Pre-Intensive Intake Appointments start at $410.

Intensive pricing is bundled based on the offer you choose. Two examples are provided here. If you’d like a full pricing list, message me using the Contact Form.

Three Half-Days Intensive: $3,990

Three Full-Weekdays Intensive: $7,974

We’ll discuss a timeframe and format that’s appropriate for you.

How Do I Get Started?

1) Schedule a free phone consult with me.

2) Talk with me over the phone and consider your options. Decide if you’d like to schedule a Pre-Intensive Interview Session.

3) Complete intake paperwork online by 9am the Monday before our session.

4) Meet online or in person for a 60-90 minute Pre-Intensive Interview Session.

5) Review my proposal for length and format of EMDR Intensive.

4) Pay 50% deposit to reserve your intensive.
